Membership MeetingsClub meetings are held bimonthly starting in January. All members are encouraged to attend these meetings.Membership Responsibilities and ExpectationsThe Grand Rapids Archers (GRA) is a membership based volunteer organization. GRA Club members are expected to volunteer for various activities throughout the year. These activities may include staffing a fundraising 3-D shoot which takes place in late August, cleaning up the range, staffing for club events, assisting youth program instructors and club members are encouraged to participate. Task will be posted at the club and members are expected to sign up for various duties.
Gaining Access To ClubhouseOnce application and dues are received, members will receive gate key and clubhouse lock combination. The clubhouse lock combination changes January 1 of each year. Do not give the combination to others. Non member archers using our range are putting the cost of keeping the range open to our club members. Anyone who enjoys the use of our range, increases cost and should become members.
Range HoursMembers have access to the range 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, shooting is not allowed during scheduled seasonal shooting activities including Mondays 6-8pm, Wednesday 6-8pm, and Arrowhead League or State Regional shoots on select weekends. Refer to posted calendar of events for exact dates.
GuestGuests are encouraged. However, if a guest shoots with you more than 3 times a year they should consider a club membership |
